You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period (cancel-at-period-end). We do not pro-rate partial months unless required by law.
Included subscription credits and prepaid credit packs are consumed as you run AI operations. Unused credits expire per the rules shown at purchase. Promotional credits are labelled separately and may expire on their own schedule.
If a billable job fails or is cancelled before completion, the reserved credits are automatically released back to your balance.
Prepaid credit packs are generally non-refundable once credits are granted, except where required by consumer-protection law. Contact support for billing errors or duplicate charges.
